Lifestyle Village

The Lifestyle Village consists of 2 types of turnkey style houses, The Lifestyle Houses with the more upmarket specs and The Village houses which currently have 2 house types to choose from (A & B).
The village is unique boasting views of veld and greenery from most stands. A few lucky owners will get to see some real wildlife as they neighbor the Hopewell Conservancy. Get treated to occasional sightings of the big five, bucks, birdlife and plenty of small animals.

The design specifications are simple and easy to adopt with classic white bathroom sanitary ware, strong tones of stone and clay, practical well equipped kitchens and easy to clean tile flooring and carpets.
Large windows allow light filled rooms and living areas have stone fireplaces.
